Our Carriers
All orders at Samonde are shipped via UPS and DHL — two of the most reliable logistics networks in Europe. At checkout, the best available carrier and service level is automatically selected based on your location, parcel size, and delivery speed. Both carriers provide full tracking from our warehouse to your door.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 CET, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment in real time.

These are estimates provided by UPS and DHL and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions, or force majeure events are outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. We work to keep rates as close to carrier cost as possible — we do not charge handling fees on top of shipping.
Packaging
All parts are packed with care. Electronic components, servo drives, PLCs, and other sensitive items are wrapped in anti-static packaging where required and secured in reinforced boxes to prevent damage in transit. We take full responsibility for the condition of parts up to the point of dispatch.
International Shipments & Customs
For deliveries outside the European Union, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates or product prices.
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure of applicable import duties.
All international shipments are accompanied by a commercial invoice declaring the accurate value and description of the goods. We do not falsify customs declarations under any circumstances.
VAT & Documentation
Every order ships with a full VAT invoice suitable for business accounting and procurement purposes. If you require any additional documentation — delivery notes, certificates of conformity, or customs paperwork — please contact us before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment directly on:

If you have not received a tracking email within 24 hours of your expected dispatch time, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing, take photographs, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your parcel, contact us within 5 business days and we will investigate with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout, including any building name, floor, unit number, or company name required for delivery. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order.
