## Shipping Partners
We ship your orders with **UPS** or **DHL**, depending on the destination and package characteristics. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
## Delivery Times
Standard delivery within the EU is **24–48 hours** on business days. Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship the same day. International deliveries outside the EU typically take **3–7 business days** depending on destination and customs clearance.
## Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and chosen delivery service. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain threshold — the exact amount will be shown at checkout.
## Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your order in your account dashboard under **Order History**.
## Packaging
Industrial parts are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Fragile components are bubble-wrapped and placed in custom foam inserts where necessary.
