Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), private consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Download our withdrawal form: PDF
Warranty on tested parts
14 up to 30 days depending on the part. Most of our parts are tested and professionally removed from working machines, then inspected and photographed before listing. Selected refurbished items carry extended coverage — see the individual product page.
Legal conformity guarantee (B2C, EU)
EU consumers benefit from a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under Directive (EU) 2019/771. This is in addition to our commercial warranty.
Damaged in transit
Contact info@samonde.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damage. Do not discard the packaging.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, to the original payment method.
Return shipping
- Defective / not as described: Samonde covers return shipping.
- Buyer's remorse / wrong order: customer covers return shipping.
How to start a return
Email info@samonde.com with your order number and a brief description. We will issue an RMA number before you ship anything back.
